1. Purpose of the platform

Djerbaway showcases a curated selection of villas in Djerba and provides tools to request information, submit a booking enquiry and organize the stay.

Unless otherwise stated on a listing or in the booking flow, Djerbaway acts as the platform operator and customer experience coordinator.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By browsing the website or submitting a booking request, the user accepts these terms together with the privacy policy.

• all information submitted in an enquiry must be accurate,
• the user must be of legal age and legally able to enter into an agreement,
• the website must be used lawfully and only for its intended purpose.

3. Villa information

Descriptions, photos, capacities, amenities, included services and special conditions are provided to help guests make an informed decision.

Djerbaway works to keep this information up to date, but some details may change between updates, especially during peak season or after maintenance work in a villa.

4. Booking and confirmation

A request sent through the website does not automatically confirm the stay. A booking is only confirmed after express approval, a financial summary and, when applicable, receipt of the required payment or deposit.

5. Prices, deposits and payments

Prices displayed on the website are indicative until the booking is confirmed. The binding amount is the one stated in the final proposal or recap.

When a deposit is required, dates are only secured after the deposit is received. The balance and payment schedule are specified before confirmation.

6. Cancellation, changes and no-show

Each booking may be subject to its own cancellation policy, communicated before confirmation. If no specific policy is stated, changes and cancellation requests are handled case by case.

A guest who fails to arrive on the agreed dates without prior notice may lose all or part of the amounts already paid, depending on the booking terms.

7. Stay rules

Guests agree to respect the maximum occupancy, the neighborhood, safety instructions, check-in and check-out times, and any house rules communicated for the booked villa.

• no illegal, dangerous or nuisance-causing activity is allowed,
• damage or loss may be charged to the responsible guest,
• pets, events or additional visitors may be restricted depending on the property.

8. Liability

Djerbaway is not liable for interruptions caused by networks, third-party services, force majeure or external events that make the stay impossible or materially affected.

Djerbaway’s liability may not exceed the amounts effectively collected by the platform for the booking concerned, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Personal data and intellectual property

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

Texts, visuals, trademarks, graphic elements and editorial content on the website remain protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or reuse is prohibited.

10. Contact and updates to the terms

Djerbaway may update these terms at any time to reflect changes in the service, legal framework or booking process.
